Hi,
Just a simple question! macOS High Sierra is released since some time now. Will Audacity 2.1.3 work without any problem with this OS version?

Kind regards
/Thomas

As an Audacity QA tester I migrated from Sierra to High Sierra very early on - I have had no problems running Audacity 2.2.0 or tyhe alphas fro the upcoming 2.2.1 on my Macbook Pro with High Sierra.

Tested on:
a) my privileged administrator account
b) my standard user account
c) my totally non-privileged guest account

runs fine on all those.

However, there is a bug in the "Chains" feature, so if you rely on using Chains it would probably be best to wait for 2.2.1 which is due to be released in December.
If you don't use Chains, then I would recommend Audacity 2.2.0 which you can get here: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/mac/

Oh yes, sorry forgot that.

And there is this one too (also fixed for 2.2.1):

P2 1767 Opening a second project from Mac's Finder produces a second inaccessible instance of Audacity https://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1767
