Hi,
When attempting to create/edit a Chain, the ChangePitch effect doesn't budge from 0.0000000
I've tried typing it in and clicking 'edit' to no affect
Any clues as to why this isn't working?
Thanks

Which version of Audacity? (the exact three-section version of Audacity from Audacity > About Audacity and whether you obtained the .dmg installer or the zip. )
which version of OS X?

Hi Steve. It's Audacity 2.0.5 running on OSX 10.9.5
Also can't seem to find Reverb in the insert Chain. Very odd

I'm not sure that 2.0.5 supported Reverb in Chains.
The current version was 2.1.0 until today, but I see that 2.1.1 has just been released (it will be announced shortly).
There has been substantial upgrading of effects in Audacity 2.1.1. I believe that all built in effects and many plug-ins are now supported in Chains.
The new version is available here:

Be sure to read the installation notes and follow them carefully

Ok thanks
I just installed the latest version, but it wouldn't open. So back to 2.0.3 for now

Ensure that you followed the instructions about "Known Issue:" (here's the link again:
http://web.audacityteam.org/download/mac)
If it still does not launch, please start a new topic about 2.1.1 not opening.
I'm guessing that the problem in you old version is a bug that is now fixed, so updating to the new version will be the solution.
