and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Audacity menu > About Audacity".

Removing vocals
Okay so I know you can drag and select a section of a song and generate silence in that gap, which is great for removing explicit language from the song. However, what if you wanted to cut out a section of vocals, but keep the instrumental going in the background? Is there a way to separate vocals from everything else and remove a section of JUST vocals, keeping everything else going?
