Hi!
I've recently downloaded reverb plugins on my Mac. Somehow, when I put the .slt file on the plugins folder on my audacity, It won't show up on my effects!
Am I doing anything wrong or am I just using the wrong extension file for the plugins?
(I downloaded Anwida DX Reverb Light and Ambience. None seems to show up on my effects menu)

Please tell us the version of Audacity and OS X per the info in the pink panel at the top of this forum.
I've never heard of a .slt file extension. Where and how did you get those files?
The Anwida DX Reverb Light is for PowerPC Macs only. I don't know what you mean by "Ambience" - please be more specific

.sit is a Stuffit archive. It's ancient.
You CAN download a util for it, but I don't think code from that era (we'r talking previous millenium) will run today. It's probably PPC code.
Where did you find those relics?

Anwida may work on Intel Macs on OS X 10.6 or earlier using
Rosetta.
Ambience
http://www.kvraudio.com/product/ambienc ... electronix is a VST reverb plugin for Windows and Mac - there is also an Audio Unit version for Mac.
I suggest you download the latest Audacity 2.1.0 from
http://web.audacityteam.org/download/mac. 2.1.0 has a built-in
Reverb effect.
If you want to install VST plugins in 2.1.0 see
http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/fa ... st_install.
To install Audio Units see
http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/ef ... it_effects.
