Audacity 2.0.3 Where can I download it?

Post by Mikethebook » Mon Oct 07, 2013 3:25 pm

I've just upgraded to 2.0.4 and am having problems. I'm running Mac OS X 10.6 and realise now that system requirements lists a minimum of 10.7. How can I install 2.0.3 again please?

Audacity system requirements for the 2.0 series are OS X 10.4 or later, though for those on 10.7 or later, 4 GB of RAM is strongly recommended.

Can you say what the problems are? If files are crashing on import or are not opening when you open them from Finder, please see: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 47&t=74692 . You can download 2.0.3 (or a 2.0.5-alpha that has import and file open fixes) from that topic.

I run 10.6 with only 2GB of RAM and the Audacity 2.0.4 keeps closing before a file can be imported fully. So I've gone back to 2.0.3 are there are no problems.
