For a while now, my title bar has not been visible (see screen shot posted). This prevents me from having multiple windows open at the same time, from minimizing and exiting windows. This is a real hassle when working on multiple files in one item frame. I anyone knows how to solve this for the current version I would very much appreciate it.

Try Window > Zoom.

I think I found the problem. I dragged the program into the application folder instead of the entire folder when I originally installed it. I uninstalled and re-installed and now I have my title bar back!
