I'm on OS 10.6.8 and Audacity 2.0.3
When I start Audacity it takes time to look thru all my plug ins that I have for ProTools and throws up dialogs for 6 or 7 things (plugin not registered, VPA host not recognized, etc) that I have to click thru to get to Audacity. None of these are plugins I ever want to use with Audacity. Is there a way to make Audacity not search for this stuff?
how to get rid of plug-in start up dialogs[SOLVED]

Re: how to get rid of start up dialogs
Go to Preferences > Effects and uncheck VST and Audio Units, then quit and relaunch Audacity.
