Drag only in whole second increments[SOLVED]

Post by JeffCarlin » Fri Aug 09, 2013 11:05 pm

I'm trying to select a 30 second piece of a song to be used as a ringtone. In order to set the boundaries, before I delete what is not needed, I dragged the Boundary line to my starting point. However, the drag only occurs in full second increments. Unfortunately, I want to start the ringtone at 31.5 seconds. I could swear I used to do this when I ran Audacity on a Windows box. Can anyone help?
Thanks.
