Hey, I'm new to audacity, and I'd like to have "Gverb" in the effects I can choose. How can I get this effect? Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately GVerb got missed out from the 2.0.3 Audacity release, but see here for a solution:

Update: I checked the download link in that post and it does not seem to be working.
Audacity 2.0.4 alpha is available here:
http://www.audacity.homerow.net/index.php?dir=mac%2F
or you can wait until Audacity 2.0.4 is officially released (should be later this year).

To make it less confusing I updated
http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 78#p207578 . Please read that topic. The latest alpha development builds noted there (and 2.0.4 release later this Autumn) will contain a new built-in reverb effect to replace GVerb (that is, GVerb will not be included in 2.0.4 release and may be removed from the development builds at any time).
So if you want GVerb, it is probably best to make sure you have the current Audacity 2.0.3 release from
http://audacityteam.org/download/mac . Read the installation instructions for Audacity on that page.
When you have 2.0.3, download
http://gaclrecords.org.uk/swh-plugins-mac-0.4.15.zip, extract GVerb and any other files you want from that zip, put them in the Plugins folder in /Applications/Audacity then restart Audacity.
