There is nothing relevant in the log.
If there is also no error message when you open the project, then Audacity sees no problem with it.
I would suggest you open the project from Recent Files, then File > Save Project As... to a new name, then close and reopen that newly saved project. If it looks OK and plays through, then you can delete the other project. Only delete the AUP file and _data folder for that other project, and make sure the _data folder does not contain any WAV or AIFF files that the newly saved project depends on.
