HI I cant get the Rhode podcaster to read in audacity on my macbook pro..... I went into the forum but it doesnt relate to macs.... I phoned Rhode and they couldnt help me....
I plugged my Rhode podcaster into the USB connection and went to apple preferences and under audio input selected Rhode podcaster...all good.... but then I went to audacity preferences and it wouldnt give me the option of Rhode podcaster....
When I talked to Rhode chap he thought Id need Asio4all but then I was told that was infact for windows.... not apple...
Help please ?????? thanks...

Audacity automatically checks for new hardware when it starts. So restart Audacity. Then change Audacity preferences from stereo to mono. All of my USB microphones work in mono and not stereo.
