Audacity for Mac not full installing[SOLVED]

I don't know if anyone has come across this problem, but it seems after installing Audacity for Mac on my mac, and then eject the installer, I close audacity and then try to open it again, Audacity will not open and I have to install the program again. Is anyone else familiar with problem?

It sounds like you are running Audacity directly from the dmg and are not fully installing it. Please check the installation instructions here:
