I'm trying to make the Dalek and Cyberman voices heard on Doctor Who but so far I've found nothing.

"ringmod.ny" plugin found on Audacity Team's website

What's your question? Is it that you can't get ringmod.ny to work, or that you can get it to work but it does not sound like you want it to sound?
If the problem is that it is not producing the effect that you want, please post either a short sample, or a link to a short sample of the type of effect that you want.
