[MacBookPro6,2, Mac OS 10.6.8]

I'm getting ready for moving from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion and am checking all my applications for life in that non-Rosetta environment. (I've skipped Lion.) I find the entry for Audacity.app (v2.0.1) in the System Profiler has nothing in the Kind column. Shouldn't that be included in the metadata (or whatever) for the app? Regardless, which "Kind" is applicable?

Audacity 2.0.1 is a Universal Binary, so it works on Intel Mac (without Rosetta) and PPC Mac.

I've added a bug report http://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=543 . The Kind information is there, but only if you drill through the package contents.

We are very short of Mac developers so please don't be surprised if this is not fixed for some time.
