Is there a way for Label Sounds to label background bumps?

MacOS 11.6.5
Audacity 3.1.2

Please see spectrogram of what I am referring to:

There are the occasional bumps in the background (my son walking downstairs) reaching -56dB at 218Hz, -60dB at 81Hz

Is there a way to use Label Sounds, or some other functionality, to get Audacity to find these sounds?

Thank you in advance for your time.

I can’t think of any easy way.

I imagine that the sound like low frequency thumps, in which case you may be able to reduce their loudness with a low-cut filter. If it’s a speech recording, try the “Filter Curve EQ” effect with the “low rolloff for speech” preset. (see: Filter Curve EQ - Audacity Manual)
