Audacity 2.0.2 is ancient. The current version is 3.0.2 - is that what you meant?

Audacity does not have a 10 band graphic.
Audacity 2.0.2 does not have a 31 band graphic, unless you are referring to the “Graphic” mode in the “Equalization” effect.
Audacity 2.0.2 does not do “compacting”.
