No Menu Bar
I saw a few other posts about this topic but none of the solutions have worked for me. I recently dowloaded audacity and just did my first recording. I ran into trouble and didn't know how to save the project/file. When I exited audacity it gave me the option to save but it's only saved as an AUP file which does not work for me. I tried deleting the audacity app and redownloading it. I'm on MacOS 10.5 Catalina and downloaded audacity 2.4.2. Please let me know if there's an easy fix to this.

In what way does it "not work" for you?austin101327 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 20, 2021 1:47 pmWhen I exited audacity it gave me the option to save but it's only saved as an AUP file which does not work for me.
If you want to create a normal audio file:
"File menu > Export > Export as WAV / MP3 / OGG"
