Hello,
Audacity 2.4.2, macOS 10.15.5
Under certain conditions, invoking "Open With... → Audacity" on any .mp3 file via the Finder's contextual menu fails without any displayed error. Specifically, this fails when Audacity is already running. When Audacity is not already running, then "Open With Audacity" from the contextual menu works as expected.
Note that in all cases, I'm able to open any .mp3 from within Audacity without difficulty.
Is this unexpected behaviour? Any troubleshooting tips?

This is a known bug in 2.4.2. You can use Audacity's File > Open or File > Import > Audio menus, or you can drag and drop files into an open Audacity project window.
