Hi. I am using a MACOS High Sierra and Audacity 2.4.1. I have been using the Audacity with a Yeti Blue mic. I can record once or twice, then for no reason I get an error message -9986 internal port audio error. The only way to overcome this is to close down Audicity and quit out of the program and relaunch it from my Apps. Can anyone help? Thanks Cliona

Have you tried rebooting the computer?
Also, check the USB cable an connectors. If the cable shows any sign of damage, or if the plugs do not feel secure in the sockets, try a new USB cable.
Also worth trying a different USB port on your computer.
