Hello guys.
So I recently bought a Casio PXS-1000, and a Behringer UCA 222. I'm trying to record as it came with Audacity, but I can't seem to eliminate this noticeable fuzz noise, as well as this electronic sounding noise. The fuzz noise, or I guess, hiss, is noticeable more than other recordings I've heard of piano, and also ones of the PXS. The electronic sounding noise I can only hear when I use headphones.
I've attached a recording to show, could someone tell me how these might be eliminated on Audacity?
For reference:
The volume control on the Casio is the only one there. I have to have it turned pretty much all the way up to get some form of noticeable noise.
The fuzz / hiss comes through the piano using headphones, and is a constant no matter what the volume setting. Like a natural thing, not sure how else to describe it.
Gain on audacity is in the middle on 0. I've tried other combinations, doesn't seem to make a difference either.
Thanks.

Re: N00by N00b recording questions.
A noise-gate will squelch the faint hiss down to true silence when you're not playing.

Re: N00by N00b recording questions.
Is there software that can replicate it? Or would I have to buy a whole unit on top? Thanks.
