Broken Project (Orphan Block Files / missing audio)

Help for Audacity on macOS.
Forum rules

and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Audacity menu > About Audacity".

Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Broken Project (Orphan Block Files / missing audio)

Hello! My program crashed while running an equalization and after a force quit, the project and the recovered project were both missing the audio.

All the files in the data folder seem to be missing the audio as well. The odd thing is the track spacing and all the envelope tool work is still there.

Is this project toast or is their anything I can do?

To clarify, this is Audacity 2.3.2 on Mac High Sierra (10.13.6)

I think it's toast. To reduce the chance of it happening again, I'd suggest that you update Audacity.
The current version is 2.3.3, though Audacity 2.4.0 is due to be released very soon.
