Hi
OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan
Audacity 2.3.3
mid 2009 MBP 2.6Ghz 8Gb
AUNBandEQ doesn't allow me to save an EQ curve for my TT.
Three issues:
1 Does not save preset filter values. The preset can be ‘saved’ in the list of presets but when reopened all the new filter settings (ie freq, gain and b/w on each of the eight filters in the effect) take the settings of the eighth previously ‘saved’ filter.
2 Does not load effects previously used in AULab. Presets in
~Library/Audio/Presets/Apple/AUNBandEQ/
are visible and can be imported, but on import the same behaviour as 1 appears i.e. the settings in filters 1 thru 8 are replaced with the settings in filter 8.
3 Effect window has no scrollbars. The window can be ‘offset’ against the open Audacity window and moving the audacity window also moves the effect window, but the effect window does not scroll. It also ‘sticks’ to the top of the screen.

Re: Effects - AUNBandEQ
I can confirm issues 1 and 2 on a late 2019 iMac 27" with macOS 10.14.5 and Audacity 2.3.3.
Does AUNBandEQ work as expected in AU Lab?
For issue 3, the effect window can be resized so scrolling is not needed.

Re: Effects - AUNBandEQ
Tks for the replies: apologies for the delay.
@Bill - yes these issues do not exist in AULab. As mentioned, they do exist with effects created in both Audacity and AULab when opened on Audacity.
Re non-scrolling windows - there is a workaround, but it is a bit of a ‘pane’. I should have mentioned that this is an issue with all views.
@WC - a single screenshot will not show these issues. Happy to post a sequence or .mov if thought useful.
Tks
