Please state which version of macOS you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Audacity menu > About Audacity".
Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.
The old forums for those versions are now closed, but you can still read the archives of the 1.2.x and 1.3.x forums.

Audacity Error Log
I am using the most recent 2.3.3 version of Audacity on my mid 2010 iMac running High Sierra. I got a copy of Izotope Elements 8 and installed it yesterday. Then I upgraded to version 9 of Elements and un installed version 8 after loading it as a plug in on Audacity. Now the system gives me this error message every time I try to run Audacity. It won't open and I have to force quit the program. I have even un installed and re installed the software twice. Is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.
