Lame not working

Please state which version of macOS you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Audacity menu > About Audacity".

Lame not working
hello i am a audacity user and i am having trouble with installing LAME onto audacity. when i download it and such it works but when it locates the file it locates as a libmp3lame.dylib and not a libmp3lame64bit.dylib. and when i do find it it does nothing

Which version of Audacity are you using? The 64-bit version of LAME is only for version 2.3.1.
