Gestures not working. Pinch zoom, 2 finger scroll [SOLVED]

Gestures not working. Pinch zoom, 2 finger scroll [SOLVED]
Hi all. I am having trouble. I just bought a 2018 MacBook after running a 2014 for the last few years. Same OS (Mojave). Audacity 2.1.1 - On the new MacBook, none of the finger gestures are working. I had come to rely on pinch zoom on tracks, and 2 finger left and right scrolling. Anyone else run into this issue?

Pinch-to-zoom works fine on version 2.3.0 on my Macbook Air 2018. Suggest that you upgrade.

I don't think gestures are supported in Audacity 2.1.1.

Well, I feel stupid. I have no idea how I put such an old version on my mac when I reloaded. I blame bourbon. Thanks to you both.
