We are trying to figure out how often a back up file from audacity is recorded. We have 2,101 individual .au files that are listed in an excel sheet. Shown below is an example. The buffer length is 100 milliseconds. How often is the back up file being recorded?

By default block files are written at a rate of about one every 6 seconds per audio channel while recording.
