How to continue playing from newly set cursor position without stopping playback

When it's playing, if I click on another point of track it sets cursor position to there, but continues playing from where it was. What I want is to continue playing but from the point I just clicked on track, without stopping playback. Is there any way to do this? It is the default behaviour on other DAW I use on windows, and I think it is a sensible way for a DAW to behave.

You need to use Timeline Quickplay.
Try clicking in the Timeline rather than moving the cursor in the waveform.
See:

How didn't I try that before. Although I would prefer the way I explained in the question, I think it will help much. Thanks.

but then you would not be able to make a selection while the track is playing.
