Help for an amateur!

Hi, I’m completely new to audio editing, but I have to complete a project for a client who is starting a podcast. I’m not hoping/aiming for super professional sound quality, but I’d love to improve the quality of the interview he has done. It’s recorded too quiet and sounds ‘tinny’. I’ve tried doing normaliser/equalisation/compresser but I don’t think it sounds any better. Can anyone advice how I can make this interview sound clearer/better? Thanks ever so much.

Is that before or after you tried? We can’t take effects or filters out of a clip and multiple layers of effects isn’t a good idea. Please post the raw interview.
