Audacity build 2.2.2
I am trying to load a vst plugin called Isola Pro. The documentation says it was tested and confirmed working on 32 bit Audacity for Mac
but I keep getting a “failed to register effect” error when I try to enable it.
Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

• VST3 plugin 64 bit
• VST2.4 plugin as a dll file for 32 and 64 bit systems
• VST2.4 64 bit plugin for macOS
It has been developed and tested with Steinberg Cubase 8.5 and Audacity (32 bit dll version). Is has been tested with Reaper on macOS 10.13 High Sierra 64 bit, but it should also work with older versions beginning from 10.10.”
