Hey guys. I am entirely new to Audacity and I wanted to re-create a sound effect for my MMO triggers, like this one:

I had a voice actor record my triggers, but I just can’t figure out how to re-create the sound in the link.
I tried playing around with Reverb only, but it just doesn’t sound entirely right and is missing “softness” as well. If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be amazing.
Any help is appreciated.
