I’m trying to record streaming audio with Audacity (it works fine on my other audio editor), but am having severe problems because when I click on "Recording Device,"only a blank screen appears in the drop-down menu. I’ve checked my system and I certainly DO have recording devices, two of them in fact (otherwise, it wouldn’t work on my other audio editor). Everything else set up OK (Audio Host & Primary Sound Driver). Can anyone help me?
Go to “Help menu > Diagnostics > Audio Device Info” and save the info somewhere convenient (such as your Desktop), then attach the saved file to your reply (see here for how to attach a file to a forum post: https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/how-to-attach-files-to-forum-posts/24026/1)
