When I open Audacity and import an MP3, I receive this ERROR
"Latency Correction setting has caused the recorded audio to be hidden before zero.
Audacity has brought it back to start at zero.
You may have to use the Time Shift Tool (<---> or F5) to drag the track to the right place."
Can someone help?

Re: Latency Correction setting
That error message occurs when a recording has a duration of less than 1/100th second, which is usually symptomatic of a problem with the computer sound card settings, causing the recording to stall. The message is unrelated to MP3 import, so your description of the problem appears to be wrong / misleading / impossible.andrewallace1995 wrote:When I open Audacity and import an MP3,

I have windows 10. Im using Audacity 2.2.1. And using the Blue Yeti Pro. I have the mic set on the Yeti and the speaker set on the yeti. After I open audacity, I can record a track but when trying to record a second track, audacity seems to freeze and when I click the stop button the ERROR pops up
