Im a newbie using Audacity, and I require help cleaning this audio:

It seems very distorted, and I'm having trouble understanding which option to select to clean this audio.

If you sacrifice some of the highest frequencies using the equalizer it can be made less harsh, but no cure.

Clipped audio is incurable. The overload has caused the tops and bottoms of the waveform to be destroyed. You can't get back from "destroyed".
