Re: VOICE RECORDING FROM MIXER TO AUDACITY IS VERY LOW.
What is the microphone and who made it? Who made the mixer and USB interface and what are the model numbers?
Most mixers, even the smaller ones have a volume indicator. As long as you keep the volume meter happy, everything in the system should work.
There are meters in Audacity, too. In a live record, the sound waves should reach about half-way (50%) once in a while and the bouncing sound meter should sometimes reach up to -6dB.

It's not recommended, but you can make a good recording without hearing a thing, just by watching all the meters and instruments.
You can get recording equipment not intended to work with each other by accident.

With the wrong connections It's possible to get center-channel cancelation, so also tell us how the interface is connected to the mixer.
