Hi all
I've saved a compressed copy of a project, how can I open it?

Same way as opening a normal project: Either double click on the AUP file, or launch Audacity and select "File > Open -> select the AUP file".

yes, but unfortunately I receive an error of "orphan files" and this is in the log:
12:16:06: Loading avformat from 'avformat-55.dll'.
12:16:06: Errore: Impossibile caricare la libreria dinamica 'avformat-55.dll' (errore 126: impossibile trovare il modulo specificato.)
= Error: Unable to load dynamic library 'avformat-55.dll' (error 126: can not find the specified module.)

That's just saying that you don't have the optional "FFMpeg" installed. (avformat is part of FFMpeg).

That's saying that Audacity has detected some audio data that does not belong to the project.
Were you working on something in Audacity before this happened? Did you shut down the computer without quitting Audacity first?

probably (for sure...) I've made a big error, because when Audacity ask me where/how to save the compressed project I've choosen the default, aka the same name/folder of the project...
there is some way to recover it?
