How do you do a slowing down audio that slides?

I use Windows XP and Windows 10 on separate computers. I use Audacity 2.0.6.
How do you do a slowing down audio pitch, that slides of where you can hear the audio slow down bit by bit in Audacity?

What effect would you call that, because I called it slowing down audio pitch with slide?
Can Audacity do something like that?

"Turntable warp" plugin can do that, you can download a copy here ...

Alternatively, could use the built-in Audacity effect "Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift" which is similar.

Thanks. I found out that the effect was called Pitch Bender. I will try out the Record Warp effect and the Sliding Time Scale/Pitch Shift effect. Thank you so much.
