Changing fps from 24 to 23.98

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Changing fps from 24 to 23.98

Hi everybody, is it possible to convert fps from 24 to 23.98?

(My OS is Win 10, I'm running the 2.1.2 version of Audacity)

Sure. Blu-Ray players do it automatically.

It's not 23.98. It's 23.976023976024. It's the old NTSC television rate reflected in film.

You need to give us a push.
