Windows 8.1, in both 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 versions, direct numeric entry misbehaving: the keystroke 1 not registering, 2 to 0 OK, backspace being sent to the selected track. By trial and error found the numeric keypad did work correctly.
In version 2.1.1 this did function as expected.

It does that on Mac version, Audacity 2.1.3, too.

It's been fixed for the up and coming 2.2.0 release.
