Some problems with launching audacity.

The program is launched only if Microsoft Visual C ++ 2013 is installed for 32 bits. Otherwise it doesn't start. That is, the program requires additional installation vcredist_x86. I can't download, it is more than 4 MB. But when I delete it, the program stops running, gives an error message, "no dll is found". Please, check and correct.

Specially asked other users to download and run the program from another computer. They have the same error message.

However, for release version Audacity 2.2.0 the error is fixed. Thank you very much!
