Sound to spectrum

Post by Giovani » Sat Aug 12, 2017 3:20 pm

Hi!
I have a problem, but I don't know, where to post It. I would like to analyze by listening sound. My experiment is, that I've analyse sound to spectrum via plot spectrum, or accesstrum and copy text, because I am blind and I can't see It.
Nextly, I have applied every sine tones, amplitudes, but It still sound very strange to me. It was one sound of kalymba.
Maybe I made one misstake, because I don't understand of this.
Frequency_resolution * time_rosolution = 2. What this 2 means? This is maybe importand to correct size of spectrum. My question is, what to do to know size for this sound? Maybe, this 2 is important, but what It means?
Please, could You explain me It?
Thank You!
