When I push the rdecord button to start a recording, the pauze-button is automatically selected. So recording is stops immediately.

Who can help me please?

Which Audacity are you using? the current one is 2.1.3.

What are you recording? Are you using network connections or drives for storage?

Has this ever worked?

Restart the machine and don't let it connect to your internet when it wakes up. Do Shift-Shutdown instead of the regular shutdown. It will take longer, but reset everything as it goes. Then restart.
