and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".
Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Effect Limiter became to applying 7-8 seconds for 3 minutes track. It is very long, earlier it was 2 seconds. I've even overinstalled Windows, doesn't help. The similar picture with many other effects. Test on your machine and make sure, that I'm right and correct.

Yes I can confirm that effects, particularly Nyquist effects, are much slower in that nightly build.
I think the reason is due to a different version of wxWidgets in that build.
I think this issue should be fixed in the next nightly - please check when it becomes available.
