I have just downloaded the new version of Audacity 2.1.3 and tried to install the help manual .
No problem with the program but the manual does not work.
After following your instructions for using the online Calculator I found the following différences :

I "think" the problem is (I'll check), is that Audacity was originally released with the 2.1.3 version of the manual, but an important error was found and the manual had to be re-released as 2.1.3-1. So both checksums are probably correct, but the Audacity website needs to have the 2.1.3-1 checksum added.
