Thin, distorted recordings
I am new to Audacity (2.1.3). I have a newer laptop with Windows 10, a new condenser microphone running through a Focusrite 2i2. Before and during recordings everything sounds great in my headphones. But when I play back, the recording is really thin and distorted. It's unusable. Why? Any hep would be appreciated...thanks.

Re: Thin, distorted recordings
"Thin, distorted recordings" does sounds like Window's "enhancements" which need to be turned-off for a high-fidelity recording , see ... http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/faq_ ... _tunnel.3F
Re: Thin, distorted recordings
