My 30 minutes old device just stopped, suddenly.

My device is 30 minutes old and it just stopped, cold, responding to nothing. Like it is frozen.
What do I do now?
;)

Moved to the Windows board.

Try giving us some information to go on. Version of Audacity (all three numbers, see the pink panel at the top of the page).

Make and model number of the device and how it connects to the computer.

What you are trying to do (play, record or so on).

My computer is Dell 755 Desktop PC with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 250GB Hard Drive and windows 7. I got the installer by putting in the mini CD and followed the instructions. I was trying to Record and play a cassette and follow along with the earplugs when after about 30 mins I got a silence and nothing happened after that. None of the buttons were responding.

Thank you, but you missed one piece we need. You can't plug a cassette into a computer, so how did you get it there? Model numbers.

The item has no model number that I can find anywhere...It is called"SUPER USB CASSETTE CAPTURE"
A cable came in the box. One end goes into the device the other which has a USB end plugs into my computer. The device cant be powered up no matter where you plug it in. It was playing seemingly well enough then stopped dead cold. Should I return the product or you can figure out what can be done to fix the problem?
