Audacity Forum

My recording starts on time and shows the correct time remaining from my time set. However, it will not stop recording at the time I specified. When I try to use the STOP command there is not response. The only way I can get out of Audacity is to use Task Manager. I am using 2.1.3

If this is about Timer Record, it is a known bug that occurs on some machines. If the problem persists I suggest you back to Audacity 2.1.1: http://gaclrecords.org.uk/legacy/.
