Simple way to jump to a point? [SOLVED]

This should be simple: I want to know a straightforward way to move the cursor from the start of a track to a particular time position, such as 6 mins 54 secs. How, please?
(Windows 7, Audacity 2.1.2)

Type the required time position into the Selection Toolbar "Selection Start" box.

If you can't see the start of the selection after doing that, press "Ctrl + [" (hold down the Ctrl key and press the left square bracket key). This is the keyboard shortcut for:
"View menu >Go to Selection Start"
