WINDOWS 10: Audacity 2.1.2
I love Audacity! That said, there are some small "changes" since I upgraded to 2.1.2 that I'd like to ask about.
This post will deal with scrolling via the mouse wheel. I used to be able to scroll the mouse wheel up and down to scroll through tracks but, now, if I don't have my cursor all the way to the left, only the track I happen to be hovering over scrolls and I certainly don't care to do that ever. Is this a settings change or just a side-effect of the upgrade?

If you want to scroll all tracks up and down even when you are over the vertical scale, the upcoming 2.1.3 release will do that. People who want to scroll up and down only the hovered over track now have to use SHIFT. This may not be popular, so it could be changed again.
Either way, some time we are planning to not have scroll wheel scroll only the hovered track, unless the pointer is completely over the vertical scale.
