I am using Audacity portable. I have disabled an effect and would like to have it deleted. The disabled effect shows up on the disabled tabbed but there is no option for me to completely delete from Audacity. Does anyone know to delete an effect?

Delete unwanted plugins from the Audacity plugins folder.

If you mean Audacity Portable from PortableApps.com we don't offer support for that on Audacity Forum because that is not our project and because we don't know how they have modified it.
