Workaround for blocked-out timer-record not stopping

if use a progress similar to processhacker.sourceforge.net to
and re-enable the behind window's clickability
(else cant stop button)
is there way to dump-logs if program in transit to find out the cause if the intermittent bug

Have you experienced the Timer Record bug yourself, and found processhacker helped? If so, please give more details.
Is the problem that you can't click? You can physically click to Stop an out of control recording, but the click does not stop it.

the problem is that it seems to happen randomly (not always)
also using processhacker, rightclick→miscellaneous→windows
to bypass the dialog-lockout that is disabling the main window
